Grier’s offseason strategy reflects a shift toward youth and physicality. In the 2025 NFL Draft, the Dolphins selected defensive tackle Kenneth Grant (Michigan) at No. 13 and offensive tackle Jonah Savaiinaea (Arizona) at No. 37, the latter acquired through a trade-up.
